I’m a therapist and coach who works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate life’s challenges and discover meaningful, lasting change. My primary therapeutic approach is Solution Focused Therapy, a model that emphasizes strengths, possibilities, and practical steps forward.

I support adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of concerns, including:

  • Depression, anxiety, and stress management

  • Couples and marriage counseling

  • Pre-marital counseling

  • Separation and divorce

  • Blended family dynamics

  • Parenting and co-parenting

  • Career and life transitions

Whether I’m working with an individual or several members of a family or support system, I focus on building a collaborative, respectful relationship where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported.

In addition to therapy, I offer Coaching services for individuals who are not in need of clinical treatment but are seeking growth, clarity, or direction in a specific area of life. Coaching is a non-clinical, goal-focused process that supports healthy individuals in reaching their ambitions. Unlike therapy, coaching does not involve diagnosis and is not reimbursable by insurance.

In all my work, I strive to help clients explore their strengths, develop healthy coping tools, and cultivate a balanced, fulfilling life.

A Bit About Me

Outside of my professional work, I’m an active person who enjoys being in nature. On weekends, you’ll often find me on my paddleboard, exploring local waterways and enjoying the wildlife with my husband, family, and friends. I believe in practicing what I encourage — creating space for joy, connection, and self-care.
